In order to promote the “One Belt & One Road “Initiative and promote China-Africa Economic and Trade and People-to-People exchanges, the Zhejiang-Africa Service Center (ZASC), with the strong support of the China-Africa Business Council, Hangzhou Qiantang New District Management Committee, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce , Zhejiang Normal University with others parties jointly support the construction of the  “Zhejiang-Africa Service Center “Positioning to build a China-Africa Service Center, with various services such as : Economic and Trade , Cultural Exchanges, Information Release, and Talents Cultivation of China and Africa.

The Center mainly serves  Zhejiang enterprises to enter the African markets. It is t one-stop service center for Africa established by the China-Africa  Business Council , the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce , Zhejiang Normal University , and Hangzhou Qiantang New District  Management  Committee.  The  Comphensive service platforms helps enterprises  to enter Africa, doing business with Africa, and take root in Africa.  Serving  China-Africa Cultural  exchanges , information exchanges , talent cultivation, and economic and trade  and investment systems.
